I remember in the ’80s writing a story for Episode VII because I wanted more of Luke, Leia, Han, Chewie and the droids. I didn’t want to believe that Jedi was the end when it came to the adventures of those characters in a galaxy far, far away.
Sure, getting prequels satisfied me as an adult, but my inner child was still waiting for more Luke, more Leia, more Han. But George Lucas made it pretty clear that it would never happen.
Well, it’s happening…
Meanwhile, John Boyega is headed to Abu Dhabi to start filming there soon, and there’s still two additional female roles that have yet to be officially announced as being cast, at least according to Latino Review. (They also now claim that Adam Driver is not a Solo.)
But let me just say again: it’s happening! Return of the Jedi is getting its sequel.
