There’s been a Korean webcomic running (called Story Before the Force Awakens) which retells the story of the original trilogy. So far it seems to be up to the rescue of Princess Leia aboard the Death Star.
What’s particularly nifty, however, is that the first two chapters portray Luke’s life in the decade or so leading up to the events of Star Wars: A New Hope. Jennifer Heddle from LucasBooks has been assisting the comic’s creator, Writer Hong, and it seems pretty clear that this is as canon as anything else at the moment.

My reading of this? It draws upon canon story beats. This is a Korean retelling of an as-yet untold chapter in Luke’s life.
